Carole Berke is a media consultant with more than 30 years of advertising and media planning experience, spanning both legal notice and consumer advertising – making her one of the most experienced legal notice professionals in the U.S.
Her recent work includes planning and implementation of the broadcast campaign for the BP Deepwater Horizon Settlement. Her high profile international notice experience includes work on behalf of the Canadian government for the Residential Schools Class Action Litigation, where notices were broadcast across Canadian radio and television in English and French – including 18 aboriginal languages and dialects. Additionally, she has planned and implemented media for highly visible class action notice programs such as Pigford v Glickman, SmithKline Beecham Litigation, First Alert Smoke Alarm Litigation and Georgia Pacific Hardwood Siding Recovery Program among many others.
