Stephanie Basta is chief people officer at Prime Clerk. She has over 25 years of experience working on labor and employment matters.
Prior to joining Prime Clerk, she served as Associate Chief Human Resources Officer at The Metropolitan Museum of Art and prior to that, as Senior Director for Labor Relations at The New School. Prior to working as a Human Resources professional, Stephanie served as in-house counsel for The Metropolitan Museum of Art where she worked on a broad array of legal matters, including labor and employment issues. She began her career as an associate in the Labor and Employment Department of Proskauer Rose LLP.
Stephanie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University and holds a JD from The George Washington National Law Center, where she graduated with honors and Order of the Coif.
